chinese pole
Rachel has been classically trained in the art of Chinese Pole. It requires an exceptional amount of strength, but also combines grace and elegance. Her pole routines include classically trained moves as well as more contemporary, acrobatic moves, and some influenced from her pole dancing background.
Rachel has trained Chinese Pole since 2009. Her preferred height for working is 6-8 metres in order to include the 'death-defying' drops which this discipline is famous for.
Most recently, Rachel performed with Airealism (Sept-2018, Jacksons Lane Theatre, London) in their production 'Sisters Grimm', playing the part of the Wolf - with her doubles partner as Red Riding Hood.
